Teen Stabbed In Union Tuesday Morning

A teen boy was stabbed in the abdomen with a knife Tuesday morning, Capt. Scott Breslow of the Union Police Department said.

Little information about the incident was immediately available, but the boy, who is believed to be about 15, was wounded shortly after 8 a.m. at 1571 Walker Ave. He was taken to University Hospital in Newark.

Police are still working to identify a suspect, Breslow also said.
